NCHFH is currently working on our 12th building project.  This project is a rehabilitation located at 75 Academy Street in Malone, NY. 

The property was graciously donated to NCHFH by the Franklin County Board of Legislators based on a recommendation given by Mr. Bryon Varin, Franklin County Treasurer.

We are excited to begin this project as it is unique to us.  Not only was this a donated home, but it will accommodate a larger family.  Providing a much needed service to our community.  Although the family has not yet been selected, we are excited to begin our work.
